A Plan Of Action
For a well established San Francisco startup creating logistics technology, Libba worked with its marketing and customer service teams to draft a detailed crisis communications plan, including tailored response templates for social media interactions and a crisis playbook that identifies a predetermined series of actions and notifications to begin immediately during a crisis. When the next issue hit a few months later, the company was not only ready, but confident in its communications.
The week before Thanksgiving, animal rights activists released a video alleging abuse and neglect at a nationally recognized turkey farm. Libba worked with one of the video’s targets, a nonprofit that sets standards for farm animal welfare nationwide. Libba collaborated with affected grocery retailers to provide the client with media responses and guidance for media interviews.
